Information we collect
Upon purchase, name, address, e-mail, telephone number, order amount, discounts, order confirmation and payment information are collected. VACVAC studio collects and processes your personal data in connection with you:
- puts a product in the basket without reaching the payment
- completes a purchase of our products
- sign up for our newsletter
- sends us questions, complaints or feedback
Purpose
General contact information such as name, address, telephone number (for parcel tracking) and e-mail are collected in order to complete your purchase, send you an order confirmation and forward your order. In this way, we can offer you the best service and help you with specific questions for your order, while we follow current legislation on personal data and security.
When paying, your name, card data and IP address are collected, as the information is used for the payment transaction itself and thus only stored for the settlement of the payment. Your payment card data will therefore not be stored in our database and will therefore be deleted as soon as the amount has been deducted from your card.
Our payment card solution is managed by ePay. All communication between our payment solution, ePay and your card provider is via a link which is SSL encrypted.
If you sign up for our newsletter, your email address will be automatically saved. This means that we can easily inform you about ongoing campaigns, offers etc. However, you can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by using the link in the e-mail itself.
Cookies
Today, virtually all websites use cookies, which are a small text file that is stored in your browser on your computer, mobile or similar. This means visit recognition, storage settings, statistics execution, and ad targeting. However, no personal information is stored.
